Dr. Grove grew up in small town Indiana, graduated from Purdue University in 2014 with her Bachelor’s degree in Science and Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2018 with her Doctorate of Chiropractic. While at Palmer, she was active in both the Activator and Animal Chiropractic Clubs and worked in the school’s radiology department. Dr. Grove completed her final semester internship learning under the 2018 SORSI International Chiropractor of the Year and the same doctor she was adjusted by growing up.
After Graduating, Dr. Grove married her husband, Mike, who she met while at Purdue. Together they have lived in 3 states, and have a cat, Max, and two German shepherds, Gunther and Hubble, whom they call their kids. In her spare time, Dr. Grove likes reading, photography, and traveling. She is also involved locally in multiple dog training/sport clubs, and actively competes in several canine sports at both the regional and national level.
She has been a member of the Tennessee Chiropractor’s Association since moving here in 2021 and has been involved in their events including Chiropractic Day on the Hill where chiropractors advocate for the chiropractic profession with legislators on capitol hill and attending the Southern Chiropractic Conference each year for continuing education. She spent the first 4 years after moving to Tennessee serving in our Carthage location and moved over to grow our Lebanon location in spring of 2025. She has been serving as our Clinical Director since August 2025.
Dr. Emily Grove, DC
Dr. Cripps was the 2020 recipient of the “Rising Chiropractor of the Year” Award, a statewide honor that is elected by her colleagues. Dr. Cripps has worked with numerous professional athletes over the years, including being a provider at the CrossFit Games and UFC events all over the world.
Dr. Cripps enjoys working with families, including pregnant and newborn patients. She helps moms obtain thriving pregnancies with less pain and more functional, enjoyable movement. Dr. Cripps works with families of newborns to help with feeding, sleep, and proper digestion.
Dr. Cripps has the unique gift of a blended family. She and her husband have four daughters. Dr. Cripps enjoys hiking, traveling, yoga, and gardening. Her German Shepard, Gus, works at the Carthage office, Carthage Family Chiropractic.
